1. Practising good personal hygiene by washing your hands regularly and thoroughly with soap and water, especially before touching your eyes, nose or mouth.
2. Turning quickly away from anyone and cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when coughing and sneezing.
3. Avoiding crowded places if you are unwell.
4. Staying home from school when you are sick and seek medical care.
5. Putting on a face mask if you have flu-like symptoms.
6. Avoiding sharing of food and drinks at meal times.
